ON WHAT ISLAND DO WE OFFER SERVICE?
We currently offer service island wide on the island of Oʻahu. The island of Oʻahu is home to our capital city of Honolulu and world renowned Waikīkī Beach and Ehukai Beach Park home of Banzai Pipeline.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice may be completed online through the booking system. Click on the booking cancelation link provided on your booking confirmation email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may be completed by dialing the toll free number listed on your booking voucher during normal business hours. You must speak with a live representative for a cancellation to be accepted. If there is no answer please try your call again later until you speak with a live representative. Cancellations by voicemail, email or SMS will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the day of service will not be refunded and will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Bookings made within 24 hours prior to the day of service will not be refunded if canceled and will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Any No Shows will result in a 100% charge being incurred. Emergency cancellations due to mitigating circumstances made less than 24 hours prior to the day of service will be considered on a case by case basis. WHEN DOES MY CREDIT CARD GET CHARGED?
Your credit card is charged in full immediately upon placing a booking. Deposits in the amount of 50% of the total invoice are accepted for larger bookings or charters at the time of booking with the balance being paid prior to service. HOW DO I CONTACT MY DRIVER?
Contact information will be provided to you on your booking confirmation. On the day of service your driver will make contact with you directly using the phone number(s) you provided when placing your booking. Please make sure your phone is turned on, airplane mode is turned off and your phone is able to make and receive calls.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT OR SHIP IS DELAYED?
You can rest easy knowing your driver will be there to pick you up as planned. All airport and port arrivals are tracked so regardless if you arrive early or late your driver will be there waiting for you. Waiting time is included. Standard trips include 15 minutes. Port arrivals include 30 minutes. Airport domestic and fixed base operator “FBO” arrivals include 60 minutes. Airport international arrivals include 90 minutes. Additional paid waiting time is available if needed.
